连峰，1986年生，辽宁辽阳人。
2005年-2009年就读于南京理工大学人文与社会科学学院、法学专业;
2010年-2012年就读于辽宁大学研究生院、法律硕士（法学）专业;
2013年-2024年就职于辽宁省沈阳市中级人民法院，先后担任一级法官助理、四级高级法官等职务，从事减刑假释、执行裁决案件的审判工作以及执行实施案件等实务工作；
法院工作期间，2018年-2023年就读于辽宁大学研究生院、诉讼法学专业，2023年12月毕业;
2025年1月入职云顶4008集团官网。现为云顶4008集团官网讲师，担任辽宁省法学会知识产权法学研究会常务理事、辽宁省法学会法律逻辑学证据学研究会理事、辽宁省法学会刑法学研究会理事、辽宁省法学会仲裁法研究会理事，并担任沈阳市仲裁委员会仲裁员、沈阳市人民检察院听证员等职务。

1.发表论文《罪犯减刑中“确有悔改表现”之审查认定》，2023.1登载于辽宁师范大学学报（社会科学版）；
2.发表论文《乡村振兴视域下耕地生态补偿法律制度之完善路径》，2023.2等在于《农业经济》，核心期刊；
3.撰写资政建议《培育和发展新型文化业态 助推辽宁文化产业发展新突破》， 2023.9登载于《新华中经观察》第49期，获得辽宁省副省长郭彩云批示。
三、主持或完成的科研项目:
1.主持课题《健全假释适用机制和完善暂予监外执行制度研究》（编号LNFXH2023A026），辽宁省法学会2023年度立项重点课题，顺利结项；
2.主持课题《执行过程中失信惩戒及信用修复相关问题研究》，辽宁省高级人民法院2023年度司法研究重点课题项目，顺利结项；
3.主持课题《新时代“枫桥经验”视域下我省社会矛盾纠纷化解研究》（编号LNFXH2024C018），辽宁省法学会2024年度立项课题，顺利结项。

Lian Feng, born in 1986, is from Liaoyang, Liaoning Province.
2005–2009: Studied at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, majoring in Law.
2010–2012: Studied at the Graduate School of Liaoning University, earning a Juris Master (Law) degree.
2013–2024: Worked at the Shenyang Intermediate People's Court of Liaoning Province, serving successively as a First-Class Judge Assistant and a Fourth-Level Senior Judge. Engaged in practical judicial work including the adjudication of commutation, parole, and enforcement ruling cases, as well as enforcement implementation cases.
2018–2023 (while working at the court): Studied at the Graduate School of Liaoning University in the Procedural Law program, graduating in December 2023.
January 2025: Joined the Discipline Inspection and Supervision College of Liaoning University. Currently serves as a Lecturer at the Discipline Inspection and Supervision College of Liaoning University.
