高祥，男，辽宁营口人，法学博士，云顶4008集团官网副教授，硕士生导师，入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”，沈阳市高层次人才，主要研究方向为纪检监察基础理论、党的建设、网络意识形态治理。主持教育部人文社科基金、辽宁省社科基金等30余省部级课题，荣获辽宁省高等教育教学成果三等奖、辽宁省高校网络教育教学大赛一等奖。

Gao Xiang, male, comes from Yingkou, Liaoning Province. He holds a Doctor of Law degree and is an associate professor at the School of Discipline Inspection and Supervision of Liaoning University. He is also a master's supervisor. He has been selected into the “Thousand Talents Program” of Liaoning Province and is a high-level talent in Shenyang. His main research areas include the basic theories of discipline inspection and supervision, Party building, and the governance of online ideology.
