李凤梅，1974年生，陕西澄城人，中国人民大学法学博士。兼任辽宁省法学会犯罪学研究会副会长、辽宁省法学会治安治理法学研究会副会长、盘锦市人民检察院、盘锦监狱特约研究员等。主要研究方向为职务犯罪治理、廉政建设。

Brief Biography
Li Fengmei, born in 1974 in Chengcheng County, Shaanxi Province, holds a Ph.D. in Law from Renmin University of China. She concurrently serves as Vice President of the Crime Research Society of the Liaoning Law Society, Vice President of the Public Security Governance Law Research Society of the Liaoning Law Society, and as a Special Researcher for the Panjin People's Procuratorate and Panjin Prison. Her main research focuses include duty crime governance and integrity building.
