张毅，女，辽宁沈阳人，民商法博士，副教授，硕士生导师。辽宁大学数字纪检监察与治理现代化研究院副院长，党的纪律学教研室主任，辽宁省纪委监委纪检监察干部培训师资库成员，参编马工程教材《党的纪律学》。曾获全国高校思想政治理论课教学能手辽宁省高校思想政治理论课教学标兵等荣誉称号。

Faculty Biography
Zhang Yi, female, native of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, holds a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) in Civil and Commercial Law. She is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor at Liaoning University, serving concurrently as deputy Director of the Institute of Digital Discipline Inspection, Supervision and Governance Modernization, and Director of the Party Discipline Teaching and Research Office. She is also a member of the Faculty Pool for Training Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Cadres under the Liaoning Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, and a contributing author to the Marxist Theory Research and Construction Engineering (Ma Engineering) textbook Party Discipline Studies. Her honors include National Teaching Expert for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Higher Education and Teaching Model for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Liaoning Provincial Higher Education Institutions.
